Returns Policy – Standard Art & Print Sales

We hope you love your purchase from The FTSQ Gallery. However, if you change your mind, UK law gives you the right to cancel most online purchases and receive a refund.

Your Right to Cancel

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you wish to return it.

• Once you’ve notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the artwork back.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Any artwork that has been altered, damaged or is not in its original condition.

Condition of Returns

• Artworks must be returned in their original packaging (or safely re-packaged to the same standard), with proof of purchase.

• Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

• We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork (or proof of posting).

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Standard delivery costs will also be refunded (excluding any upgraded delivery services such as express or timed delivery).

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including delivery and return costs.
